Refunds and Returns

Returns must be lodged with Georgia Constance within 7 business days of the parcel being received. After this time, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

All Georgia Constance garments are assessed to ensure they meet our high quality control standards, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items carefully before trying on. Georgia Constance reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

In the instance that a parcel is returned to Georgia Constance due to a failed delivery, the customer will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the parcel to be re-shipped. In the event that the shipping fee is not made payable, a credit note (valid for 12 months) will be issued.
